Abstract
PROCESSO DE OBTENçãO DE SUCO DE LIMãO EM EMBALAGENS OU RECIPIENTES E PRODUTO RESULTANTE. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo alternativo de preparo e obtenção de suco de limão em embalagens ou recipientes próprios para a industrialização e comercialização do produto inovador, dispensando o contato e manuseio da fruta pelo usuário proporcionando maior higiene. O produto resultante pode ser utilizado para o preparo de temperos, peixes, bebidas tais como caipirinha, entre outras aplicações, podendo ser embalado em recipientes de variados formatos, dimensões e capacidades, próprios para cada tipo de utilização. A embalagem ou recipiente pode possuir um apelo próprio que reporta o usuário ao uso do produto, uma vez que pode possuir o formato da fruta, a textura, cor ou outras características próprias do limão, associando a embalagem com o produto nela contido. A embalagem tem alternativas construtivas de fechamento, com tampa rosqueável ou do tipo pressão, ou ainda um conta-gotas ou como sachê selado.LEMON JUICE PROCESSING IN PACKAGING OR CONTAINERS AND RESULTING PRODUCT. The present invention relates to an alternative process of preparing and obtaining lemon juice in packaging or containers suitable for the industrialization and marketing of the innovative product, dispensing the contact and handling of the fruit by the user providing greater hygiene. The resulting product may be used for the preparation of seasonings, fish, beverages such as caipirinha, among other applications, and may be packaged in containers of various shapes, sizes and capacities, suitable for each type of use. The packaging or container may have its own appeal that reports the user to use the product, as it may have the shape of the fruit, the texture, color or other characteristics of the lemon, associating the packaging with the product contained in it. The package has constructive closing alternatives, with screw-type or snap-type lid, or a dropper or as a sealed sachet.
