Abstract

Válvula para ajustar a razão de fluxo de ar em um motor à combustão interna, onde uma válvula (1) apresenta um corpo de válvula (2), um duto tubular cilíndrico (8) obtido dentro do corpo de válvula (2) e no qual é definido um canal (9) de introdução de ar, um assento de válvula obtido ao longo do canal de introdução de ar (9) do duto tubular (8), um sistema de atuação (7), um obturador, móvel sob o movimento oblíquo do sistema de atuação (7), e uma flange de conexão (11), a qual é integrada com uma primeira extremidade (10) do duto tubular (8) e apresenta uma pluralidade de furos (12) passantes os quais são atravessados, em uso, por correspondentes parafusos prendedores para fixar rígídamente o corpo de válvula (2), a flange de conexão (11) é provida de uma placa inferior (14) e uma placa superior (15), as quais são recíprocamente paralelas, de face uma com a face da outra e afastadas, e são dispostas radíalmente com relação ao duto tubular cílindríco (8), e um número de nervuras (16), as quais recíprocamente conectam as placas (14, 15), são dispostas perpendícularmente às placas (14, 15), e são dispostas de um modo axial com relação ao duto tubular cilíndrico (8).
