Abstract

SISTEMA DE PRODUçãO E MONTAGEM RáPIDA DE MóDULOS DE CÈMODOS E COBERTURA DE EDIFICAçõES PARA CONSTRUçãO DE CASAS OU OUTROS. Constituída por duas fases (1) e (2), sendo na fase (2) executada a fundaçao (3), na fábrica (1), em formas metálicas (5) são colocadas, posicicrnadas e fixadas, as estruturas metálicas e nestas todas as tubulações hidrosanitárias e da rede elétrica, bem como as caixas de passagem (6) e, então, concretadas com concreto leve (7) e desformadas após período de cura rápida (8), obtendo-se, assim, os módulos dos cómodos (4), sendo assentados os revestimentos e louças (9) (se for o caso), fixados as esquadrias (10) e aplicado a pintura nas paredes e no teto (11), sendo os módulos colocados em carrocerias de caminhão para serem transportados (12) para o local onde foi executada a fundação (3) onde serão montados; na referida fábrica (1) são produzidas, concomitantemente, os módulos metálicos (13) para a confecção da estrutura (14) para a cobertura dos módulos (4) que também serão transportados (15) para o local onde foi executada a fundação (3) para serem montadas sobre os módulos (4), cujo desenvolvimento visa reduzir dramaticamente os custos e o tempo necessário para a construção de casas onde a reprodução fiel é fator importante para aumentar a eficiência na construção.
