Abstract

AUTENTICAÇçO DE OBJETO UTILIZANDO UM DISPOSITIVO DE AQUISIÇçO DE IMAGEM DIGITAL PORTATIL. É fornecido um método para determinar se um objeto de teste é um objeto autêntico tendo uma imagem de autenticação aplicada a uma imagem de autenticação do mesmo. O método compreende posicionar e orientar um dispositivo de aquisição de imagem portátil para seletivamente visualizar e capturar uma imagem ampliada de uma área superficial alvo do objeto de teste. A área superficial alvo corresponde à área de imagem de autenticação de um objeto autêntico. O método ainda compreende capturar uma imagem digital ampliada da área superficial alvo utilizando o dispositivo de aquisição de captura de imagem. A imagem digital capturada é então processada para obter uma imagem digital processada e um resultado de autenticação é determinado com base em se a imagem digital processada satisfaz critérios de autenticação predeterminados.
