Abstract

PROCESSO E MáQUINA DE RETIFICAçãO PARA PERFILAR UMA FERRAMENTA DE RETIFICAçãO. Trata-se de um processo para perfilar uma ferramenta de retificação (1), que na seção axial apresenta, pelo menos, um perfil em formato de dente (2), no qual o perfil em formato de dente (2) apresenta um primeiro flanco (3) e um segundo flanco (4) disposto em oposição ao primeiro flanco (3) que formam o limite do perfil do formato em dente (2), no qual uma ferramenta de retificação em formato de discos (5) é usada para perfilar uma ferramenta de retificação (2), apresentando a ferramenta de retificação em formato de discos (5) uma primeira área abrasiva (6) e uma segunda área abrasiva (7), na qual a ferramenta de retificação (5), que apresenta uma velocidade relativa entre as áreas abrasivas (6, 7) e o perfil em formato de dente (2), é conduzida em relação à ferramenta de retificação (1), de modo que é obtido um formato desejado de flancos (3, 4), no qual a primeira área abrasiva (6) é designada para o primeiro flanco (3) e a segunda área abrasiva (7) é designada para o segundo flanco (4) Para permitir uma perfilagem mais rápida e assim mais económica da ferramenta de retificação, a invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que, pelo menos, sobre uma parte da altura (X) do perfil em formato de dente (2) a ferramenta de retificação em formato de discos (5) é conduzida de modo tal que, simultaneamente, a primeira área abrasiva (6) entra em contato com o primeiro flanco (3) e a segunda área abrasiva (7) entra em contato com o segundo flanco (4), através do qual a ferramenta de retificação em formato de disco (5) e/ou a ferramenta de retificação (1) são providas de eixo geométrico central relativamente uma à outra em torno de um eixo geométrico (A) disposto perpendicularmente ao eixo geométrico de rotação (C) da ferramenta de perfilar (1), de modo que ambos os flancos (3, 4) são simultaneamente perfilados. Além disso, a invenção refere-se a uma máquina de perfilar para executar este processo.
