Abstract

COMPRESSOR DE ALTA PRESSãO E MéTODO DE FORMAçãO DE POLPA COM EXPLOSãO DE VAPOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de formação de polpa com explosão de vapor incluindo: impregnar um material de alimentação de biomassa celulósico em um recipiente de reator pressurizado, descarregar o material de alimentação impregnado do recipiente para um compressor de alta pressão, elevar a pressão do material de alimentação no compressor, descarregar o material de alimentação pressurizado do compressor para um conduto acoplado em uma válvula de descarga, reduzir rapidamente a pressão do material de alimentação pressurizado quando o material de alimentação passa através da válvula de descarga e polpar o material de alimentação pela expansão do fluido no material de alimentação durante a rápida redução de pressão.
