Abstract

MéTODO PARA TRANSMITIR MENSAGENS ATRAVéS DE UM SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO DE ENLACE DE DADOS, SISTEMA DE COMUNICAçãO DE ENLACE DE DADOS, E MéTODO PARA FORNECER RESTRIçãO DE CUSTOS DE COMUNICAçõES MóVEIS DE ENLACE DE DADOS UTILIZANDO UMA UNIDADE DE GERENCIAMENTO DE COMUNICAçõES. Método para transmitir mensagens através de um sistema de comunicação de enlace de dados é revelado. O método compreende atribuir a cada mensagem um valor de índice de custos com base em fatores pré-estabelecidos para pelo menos um atributo de transmissão da mensagem e transmitir cada mensagem que satisfaça a um selecionado atributo de transmissão através de pelo menos uma sub-rede móvel de comunicações associada com um sistema de comunicação de enlace de dados.
