Abstract
LIGA DE ALUMÍNIO RESISTENTE AO CALOR. A presente invenção refere-se a uma liga de fundição de alumínio endurecida a frio com boa estabilidade térmica para a produção de componentes fundidos termicamente e mecanicamente estressados, caracterizada pelo fato de que a liga contém: de 11,0 a 12,0% em peso de silício de 0,7 a 2,0% em peso de magnésio de 0,1 a 1% em peso de manganês no máximo 1% em peso de ferro no máximo 2% em peso de cobre no máximo 2% em peso de níquel no máximo 1% em peso de cromo no máximo 1% em peso de cobalto no máximo 2% em peso de zinco no máximo 0,25% em peso de titânio 40 ppm de boro opcionalmente de 80 a 300 ppm de estrôncio e alumínio como o restante com outros elementos e impurezas devido à produção, individualmente no máximo 0,05% em peso, no total no máximo 0,2% em peso. A liga é adequada em particular para a produção de cárteres cilíndricos pelo método de fundição sob pressão.
