Abstract

REJEIÇçO DE SINAL COERENTE EM ECG. A presente invenção refere-se a método para monitor um sinal de eletrocardiograma (ECG) de um paciente inclui amostrar digitalmente um sinal médio de pelo menos um primeiro eletrodo do ECG, determinar uma freqúência de interferência média e mostrar digitalmente e compensar um sinal do ECG bruto de pelo menos um segundo eletrodo. O método também inclui: filtrar o sinal do ECO bruto para gerar um sinal residual, calcular, com base no sinal residual, uma primeira amplitude e uma primeira mudança de fase de um sinal de interferência primário na freqúência de interferência média e uma segunda amplitude e uma segunda mudança de fase de um ou mais sinais de interferência harmônicos em múltiplos respectivos da freqüência de interferência média e subtrair digitalmente o sinal de interferência primário e o um ou mais sinais de interferência harmônicos do sinal do ECG bruto de modo a gerar e produzir como saída um sinal do ECG limpo.
