Abstract

MÉTODOS E SISTEMAS PARA FABRICAÇçO DE PRODUTOS DE àLEO LEVE E DE àLEO PESADO REDUZIDOS A PARTIR DE CARGAS PESADAS DE ALIMENTAÇçO DE HIDROCARBONETO. A presente invenção se refere ao aperfeiçoamento dos óleos de petróleo pesado de viscosidade alta e gravide API baixa, que tipicamente não são apropriados para oleodutos sem o emprego de diluentes. O método compreende introdução de um veículo de aquecimento particulado dentro de um reator de fluxo a montante, introdução da carga de alimentação em uma localização acima da entrada do veículo de aquecimento partículado, permitindo que a carga pesada de alimentação de hidrocarboneto possa interagir com o veículo de aquecimento por um período curto de tempo, separação dos vapores da corrente de produto do veículo de aquecimento partículado e matéria sólida do subproduto, coleta de uma mistura de produto gasoso e líquido compreendendo uma mistura de uma fração leve e uma fração pesada da corrente de produto e emprego de uma torre de vácuo para separar a fração leve como um produto de óleo leve e a fração pesada da mistura de produto.
