Abstract

AGENTE DE REVESTIMENTO PARA STENT DE LIBERAÇçO DE FÁRMACO, MÉTODO PARA SUA PREPARAÇçO E STENT DE LIBERAÇçO DE FÁRMACO REVESTIDO COM ELE. A presente invenção refere-se a um agente de revestimento para stents de liberação de fármaco, um método para sua preparação e um stent de liberação de fármaco revestido com ele. O agente de revestimento compreende um material biologicamente ativo e um material de revestimento selecionado dentre acetato de pululano, representado pela Fórmula Química 1 que segue, e uma mistura de tensoativo de poliuretano.
