Abstract

PROCESSO DE ALTA PRODUTIVIDADE PARA ETOXILATOS DE ALQUILFENóIS. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a produção de um etoxilato de alquilfenol, envolvendo alimentação de uma parte do produto de uma preparação prévia (um "núcleo") ou um etoxilato a um reator, opcionalmente, alimentação de cerca de 0,2% em peso a uma quantidade igual ou superior ao peso do núcleo de um iniciador de alquilfenol ao reator, alimentação de óxido de etileno para ativar um catalisador de cianeto de metal duplo ("DMC"), adição do iniciador de alquilfenol simultaneamente com óxido de etileno em uma parte do processo e continuação da adição de óxido de etileno seguinte ao completamento da adição simultânea de iniciador de alquilfenol e óxido de etileno.
