Abstract
DISCO DE POLIMENTO PARA UMA FERRAMENTA PARA USINAGEM FINA DE SUPERFìCIES OTICAMENTE ATIVAS, PARTICULARMENTE EM LENTES DE óCULOS, E MéTODO PARA A SUA PRODUçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um disco de polimento (10) para uma ferramenta (12) para a usinagem fina de superfícies oticamente ativas (F), particularmente em lentes para óculos (L) como peças a trabalhar, o referido disco de polimento compreendendo um corpo principal (14) que tem um eixo geométrico central (M) e em que há fixada uma camada intermediária (16), que é mais macia do que o corpo principal e em que um transportador de agente de polimento (18) repousa. A camada intermediária tem, com relação ao eixo geométrico central, uma região radial interna (20) de espessura axial (D) substancialmente constante e uma região radial externa contígua (22). Esta última é formada ou é fixada ao corpo principal em uma maneira particular de modo a impedir a borda do disco de polimento de ser impressa na superfície usinada da peça a trabalhar na forma de microestruturas muito finas, semelhantes a arranhões. Também é proposto um método simples que pode ser usado para produzir esse disco de polimento.
