Abstract
PARAFUSO PEDICULAR PERCUTáNEO MINIMAMENTE INVASIVO. qual compreende a forma construtiva pela qual foi desenvolvido e projetado o Parafuso Pedicular Percutâneo (1), onde permite que a agressão sobre o organismo do paciente seja o mínimo possível, devido ao fato da utilização de cânulas progressivas (18) que fazem com que a musculatura sai da frente sem que necessariamente se corte ou destrua ligamentos e músculos. Essas cânulas são progressivas, ou seja, vai de diâmetros maiores para menores até o ponto em que se faz uma perfuração onde entra a parafuso pedicular percutâneo que é guiado por um fio bastante fino (8), sendo posicionado precisamente no local em que se deseja. Existem extensões dessas cânulas (18) para fora da pele que não aumentam a incisão ou a agressão, só fazem com que o cirurgião tenha boa noção de como ele vai fazer descer a barra de ligação (19) que vai unir os dois parafusos para fixar os ossos da coluna do paciente, tendo como elo de ligação um parafuso de compressão do sistema (21), o qual é rosqueado a mesma no próprio corpo (22).
