Abstract
PALMILHA BIDENSIDADE. The present addition aims to meet the need to provide comfort to the sole known as half-foot, a type of platform or thicker sole on the front of high-heeled shoes (fig.1), in order to mitigate discomfort in the curve of the foot during the use of this type of footwear. The manufacturing process of this sock foot obeys the same as the original insole, that is, it consists of two layers of different density and hardness, where the first layer (a) that is in contract with the soil, and constituted of polyurethane with density between 0.50 and 0.80 g / cm ^ 3 ^ and hardness between 45 and 90 Shore A. The second layer (b) that is in contact with the user's foot, is softer and consists of polyurethane with a density of 0 , 30 and 45 g / cm ^ 3 ^ and hardness between 15 and 45 Shore A. These two layers are superimposed, where the second layer fits the first, constituting in one piece (c).
Description
"PALMILHA BIDENSIDADE""BIDENSITY SHEET"
This addition is necessary to meet the demand of the footwear market, which seeks to combine fashion trends with comfort. This addition addresses the need to provide the comfort of the double-density insole applied to the sole known as the half foot, a type of platform or thicker sole used on the front of high heeled shoes (fig. 1), to alleviate discomfort in the bend of the foot while wearing this type of footwear. The manufacturing process of this half leg follows the same as the original insole, that is, it consists of two layers of distinct density and hardness, where the first layer (a) that is in contract with the ground, more rigid and resistant, is constituted of polyurethane with density between 0.50 and 0.80 g / cm3 and hardness between 45 and 90 Shore A. The second layer (b) that is in contact with the user's foot is softer and is made of polyurethane with density. of 0.30 and 45 g / cm3 and hardness between 15 and 45 Shore A. These two layers are overlapping, where the second layer fits into the first, constituting in one piece (c).
The difference from the initial patent is that this insole is limited to the forefoot plantar region, as this region is the one that suffers the most pressure when walking with high-heeled shoes.
