Abstract

CARTUCHO DE TINTA PARA IMPRESSORAS A JATO DE TINTA. A presente invenção se refere a um cartucho de tinta para uma impressora a jato de tinta tendo uma cabeça de impressão com uma agulha de saída de tinta (19) . O cartucho de tinta compreende principalmente uma câmara de armazenagem de tinta (18) e três subconjuntos, isto é, a válvula de ajuste de suprimento de tinta (2); a válvula de ajuste de entrada de ar (1); e o plugue de vedação (25), que podem ser montados individualmente. O plugue de vedação (25), que está localizado em uma saída de tinta (14) da câmara de armazenagem de tinta (18) e fixadoaxialmenteporumflange de restrição (20) formado a partir da borda da saída de tinta do cartucho de tinta, compreende um plugue interno (24) e um membro de vedação resiliente (21) . O membro de vedação (21) compreende um anel de vedação elevado (2) formado em uma superfície externa substancialmente cilíndrica; uma câmara interna (27) formada em uma face de extremidade; e uma fenda (28) formada na segunda face de extremidade. A fenda autovedante (28) e a câmara interna (27) que contém um plugue interno (24) formam vedações de contato confiáveis. O plugue de vedação (25) garante que a saída de tinta (14) do cartucho de tinta mantenha uma vedação hermética a fluido antes e após a inserção da agulha de saída de tinta (19) e impede a tinta de vazar para fora da câmara de armazenagem de tinta (18) após o cartucho de tinta ter sido removido da cabeça de impressao.
