Abstract
PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA PROCESSAR CORRENTES DE UMA UNIDADE DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DE FLUIDO. São descritos um processo e um aparelho para queimar gás seco para aquecer ar fornecido a um regenerador de FCC para aumentar sua temperatura e minimizar a produção de produtos de combustão indesejáveis. Preferivelmente, o gás seco é um gás produto de FCC selecionado. Alternativa ou adicionalmente, gás seco de uma corrente de produto de FCC é separado e passado a um expansor para remover energia antes da combustão.PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR PROCESSING CHAINS FROM A CATALYTIC FLUID CRACKING UNIT. A process and apparatus for burning dry gas to heat air supplied to an FCC regenerator to increase its temperature and minimize the production of undesirable combustion products are described. Preferably, the dry gas is a selected FCC product gas. Alternatively or additionally, dry gas from an FCC product stream is separated and passed to an expander to remove energy prior to combustion.
