Abstract
PRODUTOS TUBULARES PARA PAìSES PRODUTORES DE PETRóLEO EM AçO SEM COSTURA, AçO DE BAIXA LIGA E MéTODO DE PRODUçãO DE TUBULAçãO EM AçO SEM COSTURA. Aço de baixa liga compreendendo em % em massa, C: 0,10 a 0,20%, Si: 0,05 a 1,0%, Mn: 0,05 a 1,5%, Cr: 1,0 a 2,0%, Mo: 0,05 a 2,0%, A1: 0,10% ou menos e Ti: 0,002 a 0,05%, e com um valor de C~eq~ obtido pela fórmula(1) seguinte de 0,65 ou mais, com o balanço consistindo de Fe e impurezas, em que nas impurezas, P é 0,025% ou menos, S é 0,010% ou menos, N é 0,007% ou menos, e B é menos de 0,0003%, e o número por unidade de área de precipitados tipo M~23~C~6~ (M: um elemento metálico) cujo diâmetro do grão é de 1 m ou mais é de 0,1 /mm^2^ ou menos. A invenção fornece um aço de baixa liga que apresenta tanto temperabilidade quanto tenacidade e melhora a resistência à fissura por corrosão por sulfeto sob tensão. Sendo a fórmula(1): C~eq~ = C + (Mn/6) + (Cr + Mo + V)/5, onde C, Mn, Cr, Mo e V na fórmula(1) denota a % em massa dos respectivos elementos.
