Abstract

SìNTESE DE (S)-(+)-3-(AMINOMETIL)-5-METIL áCIDO HEXANóICO, (S)-PREGABALINA. A invenção abrange a síntese de (S)-(+)-3-(aminometil)-5-ácido metilhexanóico, (S)-pregabalina, via um quiral intermediário da seguinte fórmula 4 em que Ar é um grupo aromático C~6-10~, R é um alquil, éster, ou ácido carboxilico C~1-4~ direto ou ramificado, e R~1~ é um alquil, araiquil, ou aralquil substituído C~1-5~ direto ou ramificado.
