Abstract

EXTRATOS DE CHá PARA REDUçãO DO SABOR DESAGRADáVEL DE EDULCORANTES NãO-NUTRITIVOS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições de bebida, que incluem, por exemplo, bebidas concentradas e prontas para beber, adoçadas com pelo menos um edulcorante não-nutritivo e que incluem adicional- mente pelo menos um extrato de chá em uma quantidade suficiente para reduzir o sabor desagradável cio edulcorante não-nutritivo. Em certas modalidades, o extrato de chá compreende um ou mais extratos de chá selecionados a partir do grupo que consiste em: chá preto, chá oolong, chá verde, chá branco, chá de ervas e chá cítrico.
