REIVINDICAÇÕES:WATER NET PRESSURE BALANCE DEVICE AFTER HYDROMETER AND BUILDING INSTALLATION PROCEDURE [01] The present invention relates to a device capable of protecting water meters by eliminating negative pressures and water hammer from valve actuation. toilets, especially when individualizing water consumption measurements in residential or commercial units, collective or individual. It further relates to the installation procedure in water deposit buildings in order to obtain the advantages provided by said invention which will be detailed below. [02] One of the problems that the present invention aims to solve is related to the individualization of water meters in residential or commercial units, where the discharge valves are generally replaced by boxes attached to the toilets or flush-mounted flush-mounted boxes. For this reason, modifications are normally required in the hydraulic networks that cause demolitions of bathroom walls and linings, and even when these discharge valves are to be replaced, water tanks are generally used on the roof slab or linings. The bathrooms have boxes with a float switch and a thief so that, if there is any problem with this float, the water can come out of the “robber”, which can cause, in addition to waste, also cause it. In case the “thief” does not withstand the flow of water - this water will fall on the roof slab, damaging the walls. upper floor rooms or rooms. [03] Another problem and inconvenience that faces such a situation is that when the discharge valve is activated, its flow rate is higher than that of the hydrometer, causing damage to the hydrometer, as well as causing an error in the consumption reading, considerably affecting the pocket. consumer. [04] Yet another problem is when this valve, after actuation, abruptly stops the flow of water, causing a high pressure that radiates through the water inside the pipe, which can hit and damage the hydrometer. [05] Allied to all the problems mentioned, there are also the legal determinations of government agencies, among which can be cited ANASA Order No. 29, of 11/29/2006, item 5.6, which states that “ the valve-driven water will not be allowed to flow directly through the water meter at the time of discharge ”, ie this rule corroborates to aggravate the problems and inconveniences mentioned, so it was necessary to find a solution to those problems and inconveniences. [06] US4186775 describes a device for damping or eliminating pressure waves in piping systems, where damping of the water hammer is achieved by expansion of the elastic tube provided within the pressurized gas chamber. [07] Unlike the present invention, it is an object of the present invention to provide a pressure balancing in the water network after the hydrometer in which damping of the water hammer is obtained by expelling, through the sigh, part of the water contained in the water reservoir. device minimizing the intensity of the pressure generated inside the pipe. [08] Thus, for the purpose of solving such problems and drawbacks, it was developed the device for pressure balancing in water network after the hydrometer and procedure for installation in buildings, which will be better understood in accordance with the accompanying drawings. where: [09] Figure 1 shows the properly mounted side view pressure balancing device. [2] Figure 2 shows the exploded side view pressure balancing device. [011] Figure 3 shows a flow chart of the installation procedure of the pressure balancing device in buildings. As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the pressure balancing device (01) is composed of a cylindrical container (02) containing on one side a seal by the inlet CAP (04) and on the other end the seal. by an output CAP (03), said input CAP having in itself a lower input (06) and an upper output (07), and the output CAP (03) having a lower output (05) . [013] Thus, the pressure balancing device (01) will have dimensions and volumes defined in accordance with the need to calculate the consumption of the building in which it will be installed, constituting a cylindrical reservoir. The device (01) shall comply with the installation criterion immediately after the hydrometer (12) which will be connected to the external piping (11) which will bring the water from the central reservoir (10) so that the water, after leaving the hydrometer (12) , will pass through the lower inlet pipe (06), being stored inside the pressure balancing device (01), and will be available for use through the lower outlet (05), which will be interconnected in the internal pipe (08) of the residential unit. or commercial, which is connected to the shower (13), washbasin (16) and toilet (17) through the flush valve (14). Thus, without the installation of this equipment, at the moment of the discharge valve (14), negative pressures usually occur due to the fact that it has a higher flow than the hydrometer (12), and with the interruption of the flow. When this discharge valve is closed, a high pressure (water hammer) is generated which radiates from the pipe water in the opposite direction to the water flow. Otherwise, with the installation of this pressure balancing device (01), said negative pressure - caused by the water velocity at the outlet (05) due to the use of said relief valve (14) - will be eliminated by the air intake. through the vent pipe (9) into the cylindrical container (02); This admitted air will be eliminated by the upper outlet (07) which will be interconnected to the vent tube (09) upon re-establishment of the water used for consumption by the inlet pipe (06) or even when water hammering occurs. Thus this negative pressure or water hammer will not go against the water meter (12), thus solving the problems already described, eliminating the damage and not influencing the consumption reading. [015] In the proposal of the present invention, from the actuation of the discharge valve, if the requested flow rate is greater than that contained in the pipe, the water contained in the reservoir (02) will be used, which is released, with the air intake. by the vent pipe (09), and at the end of the operation the volume of water used is immediately replenished, while the admitted air is expelled through said vent. As a secondary function, the device protects the water network against water hammer, and this protection is given by expelling, through the sigh, part of the water in the reservoir, minimizing the intensity of pressure generated inside the pipe. [016] The present pressure balancing device (01) may be installed horizontally, vertically or diagonally inclined, provided that the inlet and outlet are maintained as shown in Figure 3 so that This will ensure the function of the device which is to prevent negative pressure or water hammer from reaching the water meter (12) by admitting or expelling air through the vent (09). After intake of air and the suction effect has ceased, water will be admitted into the cylindrical container (02), expelling the air by said sigh (09). [017] The water volume of the pressure balancing device (01) shall be calculated from the consumption of each unit, taking into account the number of inhabitants and use devices installed. Thus, for better understanding and to fit a 3/4 ”(three quarter inch) water meter, the inlet tubing (06) will be 25 mm when weldable PVC or 3/4” (three quarter inch) ) when in threaded PVC or galvanized iron. The vent pipe (09) should be the same as the top outlet (07), ie 25 or 32 mm when weldable PVC and 3/4 ”(three-quarter inch) or 1” (one inch) when PVC threaded or galvanized iron. The lower exit (05) will be sized according to the need of the housing or commercial unit to be served, and can be between 40 mm and 75 mm. The vent pipe (09) may be replaced by a purge valve that has the function of admitting and expelling air, preventing the outflow of water. [018] Of course, this pressure balancing device (01) may be constructed in various sizes and shapes, but its principle of operation and installation must comply with the specifications in the drawings and in this report.
