Abstract

MáQUINA TêXTIL QUE PRODUZ BOBINAS CRUZADAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma máquina têxtil (1) que produz bobinas cruzadas, com uma série de postos de trabalho (2) do mesmo tipo e amplamente autárquicos, e dispositivos de fiação de extremidade aberta (3) para a produção de linhas, cujos parâmetros de linha podem ser ajustados individualmente, bem como com um agregado de serviço (16A, 16B) deslocável ao longo dos postos de trabalho (2) e equipados com um dispositivo distribuidor de fio auxiliar (23, 60), agregado este que disponibiliza um fio auxiliar requerido para o ajuntamento de fio do posto de trabalho (2) depois de uma substituição de bobina cruzada/cápsula vazia. De acordo com a invenção é previsto que as unidades de acionamento (18, 19, 20) do dispositivo de fiação de extremidade aberta (3) dos postos de trabalho (2) possam ser comandadas de um modo tal que após uma substituição das bobinas cruzadas/cápsulas vazias, os parâmetros de fiação e de ajuntamento de fio do dispositivo de fiação de extremidade aberta (3) do respectivo posto de trabalho (2) ofereçam condições de fiação adaptadas temporariamente ao fio auxiliar, condições estas que possibilitam um ajuntamento de fio confiável do fio auxiliar disponibilizado pelo agregado de serviço (16A, 16B). Além disso, é proposto que o dispositivo distribuidor de fio auxiliar (60) do agregado de serviço (16B) seja configurado para receber no mínimo duas bobinas de reserva (50, 51) com fios diferentes, e que um desses fios possa ser disponibilizado como fio auxiliar pelo dispositivo distribuidor de fio auxiliar (60).
