Abstract

UNIDADE DE FILEIRA DE COLETOR DE ALGODãO. Para reduzir os efeitos destrutivos de rotação de alta velocidade de tambor coletor de algodão, movimento para trás de ponta de fuso é ajustado por posicionar angularmente os fusos na zona de coleta com um arranjo aperfeiçoado de lagarta de came. O came gira a barra coletora ao redor do eixo vertical da barra para variar a velocidade da ponta de fuso na zona de coleta e permitir uma maior velocidade de tambor. Em uma primeira porção da zona de coleta, as pontas de fusos ficam mais próximas uma da outra do que as bases de fusos na barra coletora. O espaçamento de pontas de fuso em uma segunda porção da zona de coleta é, aproximadamente, igual ao espaçamento de bases de fusos nas extremidades. A movimentação resultante de ponta de fuso facilita maior velocidade em relação ao solo de veículo coletor de algodão sem perda de eficácia de coleta ou dano adicional às plantas de algodão.
