Abstract

UM MATERIAL NAS BASES DE UMA LIGA DE CRNI, UM PRODUTO SEMI-ACABADO, COMPONENTES PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO, E TAMBéM UM PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DO MATERIAL E DO PRODUTO SEMI-ACABADO. A presente invenção refere-se a um material à base de liga de CrNi para a produção de um produto semi-acabado, sendo este utilizado como material de partida para a formação do componente (1) de um motor de combustão, em particular, um grande motor a diesel, em que o material possui a composição química [CR~ x~Ni~ y~A~ z~]N~ k~ com x+y+z+k= 100% e o componente A~ z~ é um dos diversos elementos do grupo de elementos químicos consistindo em {La, Ce, Y, Hf, Sc, C, S, P, Al, Zr, 6, Mo, Fe, Mn, O e elementos terra rara}. O teor de Cr do material é de 50% <x < 100% em porcentagem por peso, o teor de Ni do material é de y> 0% em porcentagem por peso, e o teor do componente A~ z~ no material é de 0% <sym> z < 50% em porcentagem por peso. De acordo com a presente invenção, o teor de nitrogênio do material é de 0,01% <sym> k <sym> 0,1% em porcentagem por peso. A presente invenção ainda refere-se a um produto semi-acabado feito de material de acordo com a presente invenção e também ao componente (1) para um motor de combustão, produzido a partir de um produto semi- acabado. The present invention relates to a CrNi alloy-based material for the production of a semi-finished product, which is used as a starting material for the formation of component (1) of a combustion engine, in particular a large diesel engine, where the material has the chemical composition [CR ~ x ~ Ni ~ y ~ A ~ z ~] N ~ k ~ with x + y + z + k = 100% and the component A ~ z ~ is one of several elements of the chemical group consisting of {La, Ce, Y, Hf, Sc, C, S, P, Al, Zr, 6, Mo, Fe, Mn, O and rare earth elements}. The Cr content of the material is 50% <x <100% as a percentage by weight, the Ni content of the material is y> 0% as a percentage by weight, and the content of component A ~ z ~ in the material is 0% <sym> z <50% in percentage by weight. According to the present invention, the nitrogen content of the material is 0.01% <sym> k <sym> 0.1% by weight. The present invention further relates to a semifinished product made of material according to the present invention and also to component (1) for a combustion engine produced from a semifinished product. Furthermore, the present invention relates to the material manufacturing process and also to the manufacturing process of a semi-finished product by an isostatic pressing process.
