Abstract

TANQUE DE TRATAMENTO PARA PALHA OU OUTRO MATERIAL VOLUMOSO E LEVE. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de tratar quimicamente um material celulósico volumoso e leve incluindo: introduzir o material em uma entrada superior de um tanque de tratamento substancialmente vertical; manter o material no tanque a uma pressão de pelo menos 0,2 MPa (20 bar) e a uma temperatura de pelo menos 200°C; tratar o material com um licor de cocção no tanque; mover o material adiante de pelo menos um anel-anticompressão em uma superfície interna do tanque, na medida em que o material se move para baixo através do tanque; agitar o material no tanque, e descarregar o material tratado a partir de uma porta de descarga inferior no tanque.
