Abstract

IMPLEMENTO DE FORMAçãO E ENVOLVIMENTO DE MóDULO, ESTRUTURA DE FORMAçãO E ENVOLVIMENTO DE MóDULO DE ALGODãO, METODO DE FORMAçãO DE MóDULOS DE MATERIAL CULTIVADO, E, ROLO DE FORNECIMENTO DE MATERIAL DE ENVOLVIMENTO. Etiquetas de RFID pré-instaladas sobre segmentos de invólucro de fardo provêem informação de local para uma área específica do invólucro de fardo. Leitoras de etiqueta de RFID posicionadas sobre a colheitadeira de algodão provêem sinais para uso por meio do aparelho de envolvimento de módulo para iniciar uma operação e corte ou separação, uma vez quando um módulo foi envolto, e para avisar um operador sobre uma situação onde a função de envolvimento não prosseguiu em uma maneira ordeira depois de um sinal para iniciar a função de envolvimento ter sido recebido. Um módulo envolto porta as etiquetas de RFID pré-instaladas que são legíveis por leitoras de RFID portadas pelos manipuladores de módulo no campo e/ou na entrada de desengaçadeira, que identificam os módulos e estabelecem uma posição na qual o módulo pode ser automaticamente orientado de modo que um local de corte de invólucro de módulo ideal é facilmente calculado. A leitura de etiqueta de RFID tomada no campo ou na desengaçadeira detecta então o número de etiqueta bem como o local da etiqueta, e a identificação de módulo é alimentada em uma base de dados eletrónica.
