Abstract
BEBIDAS ADOçADAS NãO NUTRITIVAS COM LEITE DE COCO. A presente invenção refere-se a composições de bebida adoçadas com pelo menos um edulcorante não nutritivo, tal como um composto a partir da planta de estévia, incluindo glicosídeos de esteviol, por exemplo, rebaudiosídeos, tais como Rebaudiosídeo A, esteviosídeo, etc. O leite de coco está presente em uma quantidade suficiente para melhorar a sensação na boca ("mouthfeel") sem afetar o paladar. Composições de bebida adoçadas não nutritivas e concentrados de bebida que incorporam esteviol, glicosídeos e leite de coco também são providas. Em adição, é proporcionado um método para incluir leite de coco em uma formulação de bebida para melhorar a sensação na boca de uma bebida adoçada com um composto a partir da planta de estévia.
