Abstract

APARELHO E MéTODO DE PROCESSAMENTO DE INFORMAçãO. A presente invenção se refere a um aparelho e método de processamento de imagem que tomam possível transmitir dados de imagem com alta qualidade e baixo retardo nas mais versáteis situações. Uma unidade de controle 111 obtém, informação de negociação incluindo uma taxa de bit permitida para transmissão de uma linha de transmissão 103, que é definido em um padrão, informação considerando um aparelho de recepção, ou um valor medido da taxa de bit permitida para transmissão, controla se codifica ou não dados de imagem e transmite os dados de imagem codificados, e efetua configurações na codificação, tal como uma resolução, uma taxa de bit, e um tempo de retardo.
