Abstract

PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA LUBRIFICAçãO DE ROLOS. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a lubrificação de rolos, especialmente para a lubrificação da fenda entre rolos em uma armação de laminador para tira laminada, em que através de ao menos um primeiro conduto de suprimento (1) água e através de ao menos um segundo conduto de suprimento (2) óleo são aduzidos a um elemento de mistura (3), sendo no elemento de mistura (3) misturados o óleo e a água e sendo a mistura de água e óleo aduzida a um elemento de pulverização (4), com o que a mistura é pulverizada sobre ao menos um rolo de acionamento (5, 6) ou rolo de apoio (12, 13) de uma armação de laminador (7). Para se garantir de modo eficiente um suprimento dos rolos com a mistura de água-óleo passível de reprodução, prevê a invenção que por ao menos um terceiro conduto de suprimento (8) a um de ambos os outros condutos de suprimento (1, 2) e/ou ao elemento de mistura (3) a intervalos de tempo definidos ou em função de um estado de processo do processo de laminação é aduzido um meio de limpeza, como água quente ou vapor de água. A invenção refere-se ainda a um dispositivo para lubrificação de rolos, especialmente para execução do processo.
