Abstract

FABRICAçãO EM GRANDE CADêNCIA DE PEçAS MOLDADAS POR INJEçãO. Processo de moldagem multiimpressáo, no qual se utiliza uma aparelhagem de moldagem que compreende um cabeçote de injeção (10) solidário à prensa de injeção e um conjunto de moldagem (50), a matéria plástica que é injetada sob pressão repartindo-se em canais de alimentação (15) abertos nesse cabeçote de injeção, que é equipado com elementos aquecedores, o conjunto de moldagem (50) compreendendo duas partes móveis (30,40), cuja aproximação permite abrir essas cavidades de moldagem e o afastamento permite ejetar as peças moldadas, o conjunto de moldagem (50) compreendendo também um dispositivo de manobra, assegurando a abertura, o fechamento e o bloqueio dessas partes móveis, caracterizado pelo fato de nenhuma dessas partes móveis (30 e 40) do conjunto de moldagem (50) ser fixada no cabeçote de injeção (10), o conjunto de moldagem (50) apenas entrando em contato com esse cabeçote de injeção (10) e em apoio sobre este, quando se encontra em posição fechada e bloqueada, visando o enchimento das cavidades.
