PROCESSO E USINA PARA USINAR ASFALTO A QUENTE, PARA PRODUZIR MISTURAS ASFáLTICAS QUENTES MELHORES E MAIS RESISTENTES. Refere-se a presente mvenção a um processo e uma usina (1) para usinar asfalto a quente, para produzir misturas asfálticas quentes melhores e mais resistentes, sem chama direta nos agregados minerais, com maior tempo para secar, aquecer e misturar os agregados com o asfalto, o que permite baratear e melhorar em muito a mistura asfáltica quente, alimentando-se os agregados por uma entrada de alimentação (2), sendo os agregados e a carga "filer" misturados, gradualmente, na usina de asfalto, com um secador e misturador, paralelo em relação à horizontal, através de eixos removíveis de rotação (3) com paletas e um variador de velocidade para cada função de secar, misturar e sair, a uma temperatura de 150° a 160°C, sendo então colocado o asfalto a uma temperatura de 160° a 170°C, em bateladas (traços) de até 500 toneladas, única, sendo os agregados misturados em cada traço por, no minimo, vinte e cinco minutos (secos) e, no máximo, trinta minutos (molhados), independentemente da quantidade fabricada, podendo os agregados estar estocados e expostos ao tempo o que não altera a qualidade da mistura, onde todo o calor de aquecimento é provido por meio de condução térmica seguido de irradiação e convecção nas partes inferior e laterais, sem retomo mecãnico forçado das partículas da poeira através de parafuso sem fim e válvula recuperadora de fmos ou caracóis extratores.HOT ASPHALT MACHINING PROCESS AND MACHINE, TO PRODUCE BETTER AND MORE RESISTANT HOT ASPHALT MIXTURES.
