Abstract

MéTODO PARA INDICAR QUANDO SUBSTITUIR MATERIAL EM UM DISTRIBUIDOR E DISTRIBUIDOR PARA DISTRIBUIR UM PRODUTO. Um método é apresentado para indicar se um produto distribuído irá requerer recarregamento antes do próximo serviço de manutenção programado. O método da invenção rastrear uma quantidade de uso por um primeiro intervalo, calcular uma freqúência baseada a partir do uso durante o primeiro intervalo; comparar a quantidade restante com a quantidade requerida, em que é o produto do número de semanas no serviço de manutenção e a freqúência calculada. Com base na utilização, quando a quantidade restante é menor que a quantidade exigida, um aviso será fornecido para indicar que a distribuição de produto deve ser substituida, uma vez que será esvaziada antes do próximo serviço de manutenção. Um distribuidor incorporando tal método é também descrito.
