MéTODOS PARA PRODUZIR UM FLAVORIZANTE CONCENTRADO E UMA PASTA E UM PRODUTO DE QUEIJO CREMOSO, E PRODUTO DE LATICìNIO. A presente divulgação diz respeito no geral ao aquecimento de leitelho e creme por períodos prolongados de tempo para fornecer um novo flavorizante. O flavorizante pode ser usado para fornecer produtos de laticínio de baixo teor de gordura, tal como um queijo cremoso de baixo teor de gordura, com propriedades organolépticas similares aos dos queijos cremosos de teor de gordura integral. O flavorizante também pode ser incorporado em outros produtos alimentícios para fornecer os flavores cremosos e amanteigados onde desejável.
