Abstract

MéTODO DE TRATAMENTO DE MATERIAIS LIGNOCELULóSICOS. A presente invenção se refere a um método de tratamento de matérias-primas lignocelulósicas contendo pectina em um processo de polpação de alto rendimento, utilizando um ou mais estágios de tratamento em condições alcalinas. A invenção proporciona um método de controle da etapa de tratamento alcalino, em que o álcali é aplicado em um estágio de tratamento sob baixa temperatura, antes de um ou mais estágios de tratamento consecutivos, na mesma temperatura ou em temperatura mais alta. A presente invenção também proporciona polpa, papel, papelão ou tecido obtidos através do dito método.METHOD OF TREATMENT OF LIGNOCELLULOSTIC MATERIALS. The present invention relates to a method of treating pectin-containing lignocellulosic raw materials in a high throughput pulping process using one or more treatment stages under alkaline conditions. The invention provides a method of controlling the alkaline treatment step, wherein alkali is applied to a low temperature treatment stage prior to one or more consecutive treatment stages at the same or higher temperature. The present invention also provides pulp, paper, cardboard or fabric obtained by said method.
