Abstract
SISTEMA DE CONTROLE DE POSIçãO DE UM ATUADOR E MéTODO PARA ESTIMAR A POSIçãO DE UM ATUADOR. Um sistema de controle de posição de atuador compreende um atuador; pelo menos um sensor de posição de atuador montado no atuador; uma válvula de controle de fluxo tendo pelo menos um carretel de estágio principal, pelo menos um sensor de posição de carretel, que monitora posição do carretel de estágio principal, uma entrada e alimentação (supply port), uma entrada de tanque tank port), uma primeira entrada de controle (control port), uma segunda entrada de controle (control port), sendo que a válvula de controle de fluxo se comunica fluidicamente com o atuador; uma pluralidade de sensores de pressão de fluido para monitorar a pressão do fluido na entrada de alimentação, na entrada de tanque, na primeira entrada de controle, e na segunda entrada de controle da válvula de controle de fluxo; e um controlador em comunicação fluídica com a válvula de controle de fluxo, sendo que o controlador é configurado para: receber a posição desejada de atuador; receber sinais de dados de fluido a partir da pluralidade de sensores de pressão de fluido; receber sinais de posição de carretel a partir do sensor de posição de carretel; receber sinais de dados de posição de atuador a partir do sensor de posição de atuador; determinar as taxas de fluxo de fluido corrigidas de/para o atuador com base nos sinais de dados de pressão de fluido, nos sinais de posição de carretel, e em um fator de correção de erro, onde este fator de correção de erro é função dos sinais de dados de pressão de fluido e dos sinais de posição de carretel; determinar a posição estimada de atuador, onde a posição estimada de atuador inclui um componente cinemático, que é função das taxas de fluxo de fluido corrigidas de! para o atuador, e um componente dinâmico, que, por sua vez, é função da pressão na câmara do atuador; aplicar fatores de ganho adaptativos para calibrar a posição estimada de atuador aos sinais de dados de posição de atuador a partir do sensor de posição de atuador; comparar a posição estimada de atuador com a posição desejada de atuador; e fechar a válvula de carretel de estágio principal para evitar comunicação fluídica com o atuador.
