Abstract

PNEU E MéTODO DE CONSTRUçãO DE PNEU. A presente invenção refere-se a um pneu com um talão de pneu com com perfil transversal, incluindo uma seção de base relativamente larga e uma seção superior que é afunilada em pelo menos um lado, com o talão do pneu sendo embutido diretamente no corpo do pneu sem o uso de uma extensão. Trata ainda de um método de construção de pneu no qual o talão de pneu e a extensão são montados no corpo do pneu, no tambor de construção de pneu da máquina de montagem de pneu e o talão de pneu e a extensão não são pré-montados antes de serem introduzidos sobre ou no corpo do pneu.
