Abstract

SISTEMA DE CONCENTRAçãO MóVEL PARA O LEITE, MéTODO PAPA COLETAR E CONCENTRAR LEITE DO SISTEMA DE CONCENTRAçãO MóVEL E MéTODO PARA OPERAR O SISTEMA DE CONCENTRAçãO MóVEL. Trata-se de um sistema de concentração móvel (MCS) para o leite (100), o qual compreende: um veículo que tem um tanque de armazenagem para receber e armazenar o leite (116) e um sistema de concentração (110) montado no veículo e acoplado em comunicação fluida com o tanque de armazenagem (116). O sistema de concentração (110) é adaptado para remover o leite do tanque de armazenagem e para processar o leite enquanto o veículo está parado e/ou na carga ou descarga do leite ou durante o transporte. O sistema de concentração inclui um sistema de filtração de osmose reversa (106) adaptado para receber o leite do tanque de armazenagem (116) e processar o leite para gerar substancialmente uma corrente de água (132) e uma corrente de produto de leite concentrado (110) . Uma seção de alimentação compreende sistemas de válvulas de produto/água/CIP (limpeza no local), equipamento de bombeamento de alta pressão (124) que opera para receber e pressurizar o leite através do sistema. Um sistema de controle do nível de concentração inclui uma válvula de controle que regula o fluxo do concentrado (110) para atingir uma pressão operacional fixa do sistema para o controle do sistema. Um método de coleta e concentração do leite do sistema de concentração compreende: sob pressão, a deposição do leite em um tanque de armazenagem; a extração do leite do tanque de armazenagem enquanto o veículo está parado e/ou na carga ou descarga do leite ou durante o transporte e o transporte do leite ao sistema de concentração carregado pelo veículo; e a operação do sistema de concentração enquanto o veículo está parado e/ou na carga ou descarga do leite ou durante o transporte para remover a água do leite pelo sistema de filtração de osmose reversa em combinação com o sistema de controle do nível de concentração.
