Abstract
FERRAMENTA DE FURAR E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM FURO BROQUEADO. A ferramenta de furar (4, 28) serve especialmente como broca especial para a perfuração a seco ou para a perfuração de materiais especiais, como aço nobre. A ferramenta de furar (4, 28) abrange uma cabeça de broca (2) com dois gumes principais (22A, 22B), que estão distanciados entre si a uma diferença em altura de gume (<30>h) . Simultaneamente, uma ponta de broca (18) está disposta defasada para com um eixo central (16), de modo que um dos dois gumes principais (22A) apresenta um maior comprimento radial. Por essas medidas, a ferramenta de furar (4, 28) perfura um furo broqueado (26) maior em comparação com o diâmetro nominal de broca (D1) . Pela diferença em altura de gume (<30>h) é produzida adicionalmente uma componente de força (F~ B~) contraposta, de modo que é reduzida a solicitação da ferramenta de furar (4, 28).
