Claims (13)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Separador de composite orgânico/inorgânico, compreendendo:(a) um substrato poroso de poliolefina que possui poros; e (b) uma camada ativa porosa que contém uma mistura de partículas inorgânicas e um polímero aglomerante, com que pelo menos uma superfície do substrato poroso de poliolefina é revestida, em que a camada ativa porosa tem uma força de descascamento de 4, 9 cN/cm ou maior, e um encolhimento térmico do separador depois de ser deixado sozinho em 150o por 1 hora é 50% ou menos em uma direção de máquina (MD) ou em uma direção transversal (TD), caracterizado por o polímero aglomerante ser uma mistura de um primeiro polímero aglomerante tendo um ângulo de contato em relação a uma gota de água de 70° a 140° e um segundo polímero aglomerante que possui um ângulo de contato em relação a uma gota de água de 1° a 69°, em que o primeiro polímero aglomerante é qualquer polímero ou uma mistura de pelo menos dois polímeros selecionados a partir do grupo que consiste em fluoreto de polivinilideno, fluoreto de polivinilideno-cohexafluoropropeno, fluoreto de polivinilideno-co-tricloroetileno, polimetilmetacrilato, poliacrilonitrila, polivinilacetato, polietileno-co-acetato de vinila, poli-imida e óxido de polietileno, e em que o segundo polímero aglomerante possui pelo menos um grupo polar selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste em grupo hidroxila (-OH), grupo carboxila (-COOH), grupo anidrido maleico (-COOOC-), grupo sulfonato (-SO3H) e grupo pirrolidona (-NCO-).
- 2. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracteri zado pelo fato de que a camada ativa porosa tem uma força de descascamento de 9,81 cN/cm ou maior, e um encolhimento térmico do separador depois de ser deixado sozinho em 150o por 1 hora é 30% ou menor em uma direção de máquina (MD) ou em uma direção transversal (TD).
- 3. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que oPetição 870190094652, de 20/09/2019, pág. 31/352 primeiro polímero aglomerante tem um ângulo de contato em relação a uma gota de água de 90° a 110° e que o segundo polímero aglomerante tem um ângulo de contato em relação a uma gota de água de 20° a 40°.
- 4. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracteri zado pelo fato de que o primeiro polímero aglomerante e o segundo polímero aglomerante estão misturados em uma relação de peso de 95:5 a 5:95.
- 5. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracteri zado pelo fato de que o segundo polímero aglomerante é qualquer polímero ou uma mistura de pelo menos dois polímeros selecionados a partir do grupo que consiste em ciano-etil-pululan, ciano-etil-poli-vinil-álcool, ciano-etil-celulose, ciano-etil-sacarose, celulose de metil de carboxila, poli-vinil-álcool, ácido poliacrílico, anidrido polimaleico e polivinilpirrolidona.
- 6. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracteri zado pelo fato de que o número de partículas inorgânicas por unidade de área da camada ativa porosa é 1x1015 a 1x1030/m2, em que um peso das partículas inorgânicas por unidade de área da camada ativa porosa é 5 a 100 g/m2, e em que um tamanho das partículas inorgânicas é 0,001 a 10pm.
- 7. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas inorgânicas são selecionadas a partir do grupo que consiste em partículas inorgânicas que têm uma constante dielétrica de 5 ou acima, partículas inorgânicas tendo condutividade do íon de lítio, ou suas misturas.
- 8. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 7, caracteri zado pelo fato de que a partícula inorgânica que possui uma constante dielétrica de 5 ou maior é qualquer partícula inorgânica ou uma mistura de pelo menos duas partículas inorgânicas selecionadas a partir do grupo que consiste em BaTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT), Pb1-xLaxZr1-yTiyO3 (PLZT), Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT), háfnio (HfO2), SrTiO3, SnO2, CeO2, MgO, NiO, CaO, ZnO, ZrO2, SiO2, Y2O3, Al2O3, SiC e TiO2, e em que aPetição 870190094652, de 20/09/2019, pág. 32/35 partícula inorgânica que possui condutividade de íon de lítio é qualquer partícula inorgânica ou uma mistura de pelo menos duas partículas inorgânicas selecionadas do grupo que consiste em fosfato de lítio (LÍ3PO4) , fosfato de titânio de lítio (LixTiy(PO4)3, 0 < x < 2, 0 < y < 3), fosfato de titânio de alumínio de lítio (LixAlyTiz(PO4)3, 0 < x < 2, 0 < y < 1, 0 < z < 3), vidro tipo (LiAlTiP)xOy (0 < x < 4, 0 < y < 13), titanato de lantânio de lítio (LixLayTiO3, 0 < x < 2, 0 < y < 3), tiofosfato de germânio de
lítio (LixGeyPzSw, 0 < x < 4, 0 < y < 1, 0 < z < 1, 0 < w < 5) , nitretos de lítio (LixNy, 0 < x < 4, 0 < y < 2) , vidro tipo SiS2 (LixSiySz, 0 < x < 3, 0 < y < 2, 0 < z < 4) , e vidro tipo P2S5 (LixPySz, 0 < x < 3, 0 < y < 3, 0 < z < 7) . - 9. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 8, caracteri zado pelo fato de que a partícula inorgânica que possui uma constante dielétrica de 5 ou maior é qualquer partícula inorgânica piezelétrica ou uma mistura de pelo menos duas partículas inorgânicas piezelétricas selecionadas do grupo que consiste em BaTiO3, Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT), Pb1-xLaxZr1-yTiyO3 (PLZT), Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-PbTiO3 (PMN-PT) e háfnio (HfO2) .
- 10. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que as partículas inorgânicas e o polímero aglomerante estão misturados em uma relação de peso de 50:50 a 99:1, e em que a camada ativa porosa tem uma espessura de 0,01 a 20 pm, um tamanho de poro de 0.001 a 10 pm e uma porosidade de 10 a 90%.
- 11. Separador de compósito orgânico/inorgânico, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizado pelo fato de que o substrato poroso de poliolefina tem uma espessura de 1 a 100pm, um tamanho de poro de 0,01 a 50pm e uma porosidade de 10 a 95%, e em que o substrato poroso de poliolefina é formado usando qualquer polímero ou uma mistura de pelo menos dois polímeros selecionados do grupo que consiste em polietileno, polipropileno, polibutileno e polipenteno.
- 12. Dispositivo eletroquímico incluindo um cátodo, um ânodo, um separador e um eletrólito, caracterizado porPetição 870190094652, de 20/09/2019, pág. 33/35 o separador ser o separador de composite orgânico/inorgânico definido na reivindicação 1.
- 13. Dispositivo eletroquímico de acordo com reivindicação 12, caracteri zado pelo fato de que o dispositivo 5 eletroquímico é uma bateria secundária de lítio.
