Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE DISTRIBUIçãO DE LìQUIDO-VAPOR, VASOS DE FLUXO DESCENDENTE CONVERGENTE DE CORRENTE DE DUAS FASES, E, REATOR. Um dispositivo de distribuição de líquido-vapor para uso em vasos de fluxo descendente convergente de corrente de duas fases compreendendo: uma pluralidade de BOXVLTs fabricados na forma de estruturas de auto-suporte (travessas) e painéis de bandeja quando instalados formam uma bandeja que será essencialmente livre de vazamentos nas junções e entre a bandeja e a parede do vaso; referida estrutura de auto-suporte horizontal consistindo de uma placa de fundo sendo perfurada com, pelo menos, uma fileira de aberturas de tamanho igual, em que cada abertura é equipada com um canal alongado de fluxo descendente (tubo de descida) estando na forma de um tubo ou qualquer outra forma geométrica com a mesma forma de seção transversal geométrica como as aberturas na referida travessa e o canal de fluxo descendente é provido com uma entrada para a corrente convergente de duas fases, e em que pelo menos dois dos referidos canais de fluxo descendente são equipados com uma cobertura da coluna de ascensão sendo fixada em e ao longo de pelo menos uma porção de parede de cada canal de fluxo descendente e montada sobre e distanciada da entrada do canal de fluxo descendente.
