método e aparelho para alocação de recursos em sistema de comunicação sem fio trata-se de um método para a alocação de recursos em um sistema de comunicação sem fio que inclui a configuração de prioridades para uma pluralidade de canais lógicos de acordo com um primeiro critério, sendo que cada pluralidade de canais lógicos tem uma prioridade e aloca recursos para um subconjunto da pluralidade de canais lógicos de acordo com um segundo critério, para transferir os dados através de um canal de transporte, sendo que o subconjunto da pluralidade de canais lógicos é configurado com a mesma prioridade. é possível fornecer de modo confiável vários serviços através de um método para processamento das portadoras de rádio que possuem prioridades iguais.
