Abstract

PROCESSO DE TRITURAÇÃO A SECO DE UM OU VÁRIOS MATERIAIS MINERAIS, E, PROCESSO DE TRITURAÇÃO A ÚMIDO. Um primeiro objeto da presente invenção provém de trituração a seco de um ou vários materiais minerais que compreendem pelo menos um carbonato de cálcio, caracterizado pelo fato de que o referido processo compreende as etapas de: a) cominuir o ou os materiais minerais pelo menos em uma unidade de cominuição até à obtenção de um material triturado com um dos inferior a 10 cm; b) eventualmente beneficiar o material triturado de acordo com a etapa a); c) triturar a seco o material triturado de acordo com a etapa a) e/ou b) pelo menos em uma unidade de trituração: (i) na presença de menos um polímero hidrófilo de tipo pente que contém pelo menos uma função óxido de polialquileno enxertada sobre pelo menos um monômero com insaturação etilênica, (ii) de tal maneira que a quantidade de líquido na referida unidade de trituração seja inferior a 15% em peso seco do referido material triturado na referida unidade de trituração; d) eventualmente classificar o material triturado a seco de acordo com a etapa c) com pelo menos uma unidade de classificação; e) eventualmente repetir as etapas c) e/ou d) sobre todo ou parte do material triturado a seco proveniente das etapas c) e/ou d); e caracterizado pelo fato de que o material recuperado na sequência da etapa c) e/ou d) e/ou e) tem um dso (diâmetro médio) de 0,5 a 500 miícrons.
