Abstract

PROCESSO E INSTALAÇÃO PARA PRODUZIR ÓXIDO METÁLICO A PARTIR DE SAIS METÁLICOS. A presente invenção refere-se à produção de óxido metálico a partir de sais metalicos, o sal de metal, em particular, hidróxido de alumínio, é seco e preaquecido em um primeiro preaquecedor (2) a uma temperatura de 100 a 200°C, pré-calcinado em um segundo preaquecedor (5) a uma temperatura de 300 a 400°C e, então, calcinado em um reator (8) a uma temperatura de 850 a 11 OOºC para obter óxido metálico, em particular alumina. 1 O Após a pré-calcinação no segundo preaquecedor (5), um fluxo parcial do sal metálico é dividido e fornecido a um tanque de mistura (14), em que esse é misturado com o óxido metálico removido do reator (8).
