Abstract
composição de revestimento, processo para o revestimento de chapas de aço elétrico, processo para a preparação de um núcleo de chapas de aço elétrico, chapa de aço elétrico e núcleo de chapas de aço elétrico. a presente invenção se refere a uma composição de revestimento para o revestimento de chapas de aço elétrico, a composição compreende: (a) de 5% a 45% em peso de pelo menos uma resina ligante, (b) de o, 1 a 40%, de preferência, de 1 a 30% em peso de partículas em escala nano, as partículas possuem um raio médio que variam de 1 a 300 nm, (c) pelo menos um agente de reticulação em uma quantidade capaz de reticular com a resina ligante, de preferência, de o, 1 a 30% em peso de pelo menos um agente de reticulação, (d)-_de o, 1 a 6ü% em peso de pelo_menos um~aditivo e/pu pigmentos e/ou carga, e (e) de 5 a 70% em peso, de água e/ou, pelo menos, um solvente, a porcentagem (%) em peso com base no peso total da composição. a composição de acordo com a presente invenção torna possível fornecer uma propriedade padrão de perfil elevado combinando os diferentes requisitos técnicos, tais como alta capacidade para soldagem, travamento, engrenagem, perfuração, rebitagem, pressão alta, resistência térmica de chapas de aço elétrico revestido com a composição de acordo a presente invenção e de núcleos produzidos a partir destas chapas de aço elétrico revestido.
