Abstract
METODO PARA DETERMINAR AUTOMATICAMENTE O ESTADO DE USO DE UM DISPOSITIVO MÉDICO ELETRÔNICO E/OU ATIVAR DITO DISPOSITIVO MÉDICO ELETRÔNICO, ESTETOSCÓPIO ELETRÔNICO, DISPOSITIVO DE AUTOINJEÇÃO ELETRÔNICO, E, DISPOSITIVO INALADOR ELETRÔNICO. A presente invenção refere-se a dispositivos e métodos para determinar automaticamente o estado de uso de dispositivos médicos e mais particularmente a controle de potência automático baseado em dito estado de uso em dispositivos médicos eletrônicos. Especificamente, embora não exclusivamente, a invenção refere-se a controle de potência de estetoscópios eletrônicos (1), quando estes dispositivos são ligados antes do uso do estetoscópio e a problemas relacionados à ligação destes dispositivos ou relacionados ao tempo requerido para que estes dispositivos eletrônicos se tornem operáveis após ligação do dispositivo antes de uso. Ademais, a determinação de estado de uso de acordo com a invenção pode ser aplicada em outros dispositivos diferentes de estetoscópios, tal como dispositivos injetores, para administrar medicamentos, ou dispositivos inaladores. O estado de uso é de acordo com os princípios da invenção determinado baseado em sinais captados por, por exemplo, meio de sensor que detecta sinais sonoros captados pelo meio de transdutor em um estetoscópio eletrônico ou por meio de detector de proximidade (tal como meio de medição de capacidade) ou meio de medição de bioimpedância.
