Abstract

APARELHO E MÉTODO PARA COLOCAÇÃO DE TUBOS. Um aparelho para colocar fora de bordo um artigo de um navio colocador de tubos inclui uma torre de colocação de tubos (10), que é montada acima de uma plataforma de suporte de torre. A torre tem tensores (20) para suspender uma tubulação (26) sendo disposta do navio de colocação de tubos no mar e ajustadores para ajustar a inclinação da torre, para alinhar os tensores com um eixo de afastamento de uma tubulação sendo disposta. Um guincho (26, 27, 32) permite que grandes artigos (25) sejam suspensos da torre. Ajustadores (16) permitem que a torre seja angulada além do eixo de afastamento, de modo que o guincho suspenda o artigo fora de bordo da plataforma. Os artigos muito grandes para passar peía plataforma de suporte de torre do navio podem ser manobrados primeiro fora de bordo da plataforma de suporte de torre, depois baixados e colocados abaixo da plataforma de suporte de torre de volta em linha com o eixo de afastamento para conexão com a tubulação.
