Abstract

negro de carbono, processo para a sua preparação e uso do mesmo a presente invenção refere-se a negro de carbono com uma superfície ctab de 100- 160 m2/g, uma razão de quartil maior do que 1,60 e um índice fp > o. os negros de carbono são preparados em um reator de forno, sendo que 60 -90% em peso da matéria-prima de negro de carbono são introduzidos em bocal único no primeiro terço da zona de reação e a quantidade restante da matéria-prima de negro de carbono é introduzida em bocal único na direção de corrente em pelo menos um outro local no reator, e adicionalmente o combustível é conduzido de maneira tal que, quando da primeira ocorrência sobre a matéria-prima de negro de carbono, 90 - 100% em peso do combustível são vaporizados e 5 ms antes da ocorrência sobre a matéria-prima de negro de carbono, 80 - 99% em peso, do combustível são vaporizados. os negros de carbono podem ser utilizados em misturas de borracha.
