Claims (10)
- REIVINDICAÇÕES1. Mistura seca para tratamento de substratos refratários, compreendendo:- partículas combustíveis de pelo menos uma substância oxidável que, em presença de oxigênio, dá origem a uma reação exotérmica, e- partículas de pelo menos uma outra substância, sendo que essas partículas formam juntas, durante essa reação exotérmica, uma massa coerente capaz de aderir e/ou interagir com o substrato tratado, sendo que essa mistura compreende, como partículas de pelo menos uma outra substância, partículas de pelo menos uma substância de expansão, a mistura seca sem as partículas desta pelo menos uma substância de expansão apresentando uma primeira densidade aparente e a mistura seca que compreende a dita pelo menos uma substância de expansão apresentando uma segunda densidade aparente inferior a essa primeira densidade aparente, a referida mistura sendo caracterizada pelo fato de que compreende, além disso, como partículas de pelo menos uma outra substância, partículas de pelo menos um vidro silicoso, que apresenta uma fração em peso superior a qualquer outro constituinte na mistura, sendo que a dita mistura contém:(a) 45 a 60 % em peso de partículas de vidro silicoso;(b) 20 a 30 %, em peso de partículas combustíveis;(c) 5 a 10 %, em peso de partículas de perlita expandida; e (d) 10 a 25 % em peso de partículas de sílica.
- 2. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que a perlita expandida consiste em grãos de uma densidade inferior a 2.
- 3. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizadaPetição 870190055040, de 14/06/2019, pág. 17/232/2 pelo fato de que as partículas de sílica são selecionadas do grupo consistindo em sílica vítrea ou fundida, sílica cristalina, e misturas das mesmas.
- 4. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que as partículas de vidro silicoso são selecionadas do grupo consistindo em vidros sílico-sodo-cálcicos, caco ou vidro quebrado, e misturas dos mesmos.
- 5. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que apresenta uma relação ponderal entre as partículas de vidro silicoso e as partículas de sílica entre 3/1 e 6/1.
- 6. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que a dita partícula combustível é selecionada do grupo consistindo em Si, Al, Zr, Mg, Ca, Fe, Cr, Ti, e combinações ou ligas dos mesmos.
- 7. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que o tamanho máximo das partículas de perlita expandida é inferior ou igual a 1 mm.
- 8. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que o tamanho máximo das partículas combustíveis é inferior ou igual a 100 pm.
- 9. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que o tamanho máximo das partículas de sílica é inferior ou igual a 0,5 mm.
- 10. Mistura, de acordo com a reivindicação 1, caracterizada pelo fato de que o tamanho máximo das partículas de vidro silicoso é inferior ou igual a 1 mm.
