Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UM PRODUTO DE DIÓXIDO DE TITÂNIO MICROCRISTALINO DE BOA DISPERSIBILIDADE, O PRODUTO E O USO DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para a preparação de um produto de dióxido de titânio microcristalino, estruturado como rutilo, de boa dispersibilidade, um produto preparado pelo método e uma tinta de efeito e uma laca proporcionadas por meio do produto. No método, o material de partida de dióxido de titânio é primeiro tratado com uma base para ter 10 um valor de pH alcalino, depois é tratado com um ácido para ter um teor de " ácido cloridrico de 8 a 30 g/l, é neutralizado, processado e calcinado. Em particular, o método de preparação é caracterizado pelo uso de um produto 0 químico de pré-tratamento antes da etapa de calcinação para melhorar a dispersibilidade.
