Abstract
composiçao, artigo e tubo. campo da invenção. a invenção provê uma composição compreendendo o produto da reação de uma mistura compreendendo o seguinte: a) pelo menos um polímero baseado em etileno funcionalizado formado reagindo um polímero baseado em etileno com pelo menos um composto contendo anidrido e/ou pelo menos um composto contendo ácido carboxílico; b) pelo menos um polímero baseado em etileno; e c) pelo menos um composto contendo anidrido e/ou pelo menos um composto contendo ácido carboxílico. tais composições são adequadas para uso como adesivos para tubos multicamada e outros artigos. antecedentes da invenção. adesivos típicos usados para tubos multicamada contendo uma camada de alumínio mostram alta resistência ao descascamento após a produção do tubo, mas resistência ao descascamento significativamente reduzida após 2.500 horas de teste de ciclagem de temperatura. existe uma necessidade de composições que possam ser usadas como adesivos para a fabricação de tubos multicamada, e que provejam resistência ao descascamento melhorada de longo prazo e retenção de resistência ao descascamento entre camadas de tubos, e especialmente entre uma camada formada de um polímero baseado em etileno e uma camada formada de um metal, tal como alumínio. a publicação internacional wo 01/55275 divulga películas laminadas, compreendendo pelo menos uma camada estrutural, pelo menos uma camada de adesivo, e opcionalmente pelo menos uma camada de barreira, produzida por um processo de película de têmpera em alta velocidade ou rápida. a camada de adesivo é formada de uma composição compreendendo o seguinte: a) um polietileno selecionado do grupo consistindo de pead convencional, pemd convencional, pebdl convencional, pembd convencional, pebd, e uma mistura dos mesmos; b) de 5 a 2 5 por cento em peso, baseado no peso total de a) mais b) mais c), de um polietileno substancialmente linear enxertado com ácido; e d) opcionalmente, até 30 por cento em peso de um elastômero de hidrocarboneto. o agente de enxerto de ácido é um ácido carboxílico 5 insaturado ou um derivado do mesmo, e o nível de enxerto é tal que a quantidade total de composição total (a) mais (b) mais por cento em peso. agente de enxerto na (c) seja de o, 01 a 3 a publicação japonesa n° 08-208915 (resumo) divulga uma composição de adesivo de polietileno, preparada enxertando um ácido carboxílico insaturado, sob condições de mistura de fundido, em uma composição compreendendo 99-44 por cento em peso de um copolímero de etileno/aolefina (a) e 1-60 por cento em peso de um polietileno de baixa densidade linear (b) ' e na presença de um iniciador de reação. o componente a é obtido copolimerizando etileno com uma a-olefina na presença de um catalisador de sítio único (uma combinação de um composto de metaloceno de um metal de transição do grupo iv ou v com 20 um composto de organoalumínio e um composto iônico). o componente b é preparado copolimerizando etileno com uma a-olefina na presença de um catalisador ziegler ou de cromo. a composição pode ser adicionalmente misturada com uma borracha de copolímero de etileno/propileno para 25 formar uma segunda composição, divulgada como tendo propriedades melhoradas a baixa temperatura, e que pode ser usada para revestir cabos e tubos de aço. a patente u. s. no 4. 68 4. 57 6 divulga enxertos de ácido succínico ou anidrido succínico de pead, que são 30 misturados com pebdl e com pebd não enxertado para formar misturas homogêneas tendo propriedades adesivas úteis. os grupos de ácido succínico ou anidrido succínico são providos enxertando, respectivamente, ácido maleico ou anidrido maleico em pead. esta referência também divulga 35 laminados das misturas sobre vários metais e polímeros. o pedido de patente européia n° ep 1316598a1 divulga uma composição polimérica de adesivo compreendendo o .
